Replace the generic emphasis note with a structured,
section-by-section reading order and clarify the central
question around strict serializability.
Remove the unused "additional reading" placeholder from
the remaining seminar files.
Remove unused post-seminar sections from all seminar cards and
update README descriptions to reflect the narrower scope of the
cards. Add the project preferences form link to project.md and
replace preliminary team roster wording with finalized rosters.
- List preliminary team compositions in projects/README.md,
to be finalized on 18 September
- Add links to the seminar survey and lecture recordings in
README.md
- Clarify individual and shared grading rules for joint
presentations in seminars.md
- Note that the post-seminar survey no longer has a deadline
